OKUMA MU 6300 V Machining Center

The Okuma MU 6300 V machining center is a used five-axis milling equipment designed for complex five-axis operations. The machine features a 630 mm rotary table capable of supporting a maximum load of 600 kg. The maximum workable dimensions are a diameter of 830 mm and a height of 550 mm. The travel of the X, Y, and Z axes is respectively 925 mm, 1050 mm and 600 mm, providing a wide operating range. This machine is equipped with several options, including shower washing, a Mayfran MT10 chip conveyor, as well as optical scales for the X, Y and Z axes. It is prepared for pallet changer and includes advanced programming for the tool center and tool orientation control. The spindle offers a BT 50 BIG PLUS interface with speeds up to 12,000 rpm and a power of 26/18.5 kW. The tool magazine is of MATRIX type with 98 positions, expandable up to 166 slots, enabling greater flexibility in tool management. Additionally, the machine is equipped with Renishaw TS27R and RMP 60 probes for calibration and quality control, ensuring precision and reliability in the machining processes.
